By using Dantès, you agree to treat readings as symbolic reflection and to follow the account, purchase, and acceptable-use terms below.

Reflection and entertainment

Dantès provides AI-generated tarot-style readings for personal reflection and entertainment. A reading is symbolic interpretation, not a factual report, guaranteed prediction, or verified access to another person’s private thoughts or feelings.

Not professional advice

Dantès is not medical, mental-health, crisis, legal, financial, or other professional advice. Do not use a reading as the sole basis for urgent safety, health, legal, financial, or consent-related decisions. Contact a qualified professional or local emergency resource when appropriate.

Age requirements

You must be at least 13 years old, or meet the minimum age required in your country or region, to use Dantès. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, you may use the service only with the permission of a parent or legal guardian.

Free access

Free access includes 2 three-card readings total per account. Free reader and saved-person access is shown in the app. Allowances, limits, and availability may change as the service develops.

Essential and Premium

Essential includes 25 readings per subscription month, a daily cap of 4, and Mira access. Premium includes 50 readings per subscription month, a daily cap of 6, all available readers, and additional saved-person capacity. Unused subscription readings do not roll over unless Dantès expressly states otherwise.

Reading packs

A reading pack is a one-time consumable purchase that adds 10 non-expiring reading credits to the signed-in Dantès account. Pack credits are used after eligible subscription readings, do not unlock paid readers or additional saved people, and are removed if the Dantès account is permanently deleted.

App Store billing

Prices shown in the iOS app are localized by Apple and control over any example price shown elsewhere. Monthly subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The Apple Account may be charged within 24 hours before renewal. Purchases, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are processed under Apple’s rules. Eligible purchases can be restored from the iOS app.

Account deletion and subscriptions

You may permanently delete your Dantès account inside the app. Account deletion does not cancel an App Store subscription. Cancel or change Apple billing in App Store Subscriptions before deleting the account if you do not want billing to continue.

Repeated use and acceptable use

Dantès may limit repeated, duplicate, automated, abusive, or high-volume requests to reduce obsessive loops, protect users, control platform cost, and prevent misuse. You may not probe, disrupt, reverse engineer, or attempt to access another user’s data or entitlements.

Availability and changes

Dantès may change readers, limits, features, providers, or availability as the service develops, but paid access already purchased remains subject to Apple’s purchase terms and the entitlement displayed at purchase. Temporary outages or AI generation failures may occur and do not guarantee a particular reading result.

Apple license terms

Where applicable, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to the iOS app. If these terms conflict with mandatory Apple terms, the mandatory Apple terms control for the App Store transaction or licensed application.
